To ensure our Master Technicians can deploy the Zenith Protocol with clinical efficiency, we ask that you review this brief advance checklist. By coordinating these few details, we guarantee a discreet and uninterrupted application that maximizes the efficacy of our treatments.
To ensure a frictionless application of the Zenith Protocol, we kindly request the following preparations:
Please ensure all landscape gates, pool enclosures, and estate access points are unlocked on the morning of your scheduled service day or that other arraignments have been made (ie. providing us with gate codes or contact information for those with them).
Biological stewardship begins with safety. We require all children and pets remain indoors during the 15 to 20 minute application window, as well as for a strict 30 minutes following the completion of the service. This mitigates any chance of accidental exposure to products while they are wet and can be transferred to skin or fur.
Our electrostatic and micro-encapsulated products require a brief curing period to magnetically bond to your foliage. Please turn off all automated irrigation systems and lawn sprinklers for a minimum of 2 hours after the treatment is applied. Although most products will adhere to the target areas, sustained water pressure will dislodge and relocate the treatment.
You will never have to guess when it is safe to enjoy your grounds again. We will send a discrete digital notification (text or email depending on preference) the moment we arrive at your estate, followed by a final confirmation message when the 30 minute curing window has officially closed, and your property is fully secured.
